Each of the Tensing Pen cottages is unique.
The units are hand-built from stone, wood, bamboo and thatch, inspired by the native Jamaican nature. Our rooms are decorated stylishly, and feature Caribbean artistic items unique to each cottage, creating the perfect luxury in Jamaican style.
All our villas, rooms and cottages are surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, and have a veranda, porch or balcony.

Cove Cottage
The Cove Cottage at the Tensing Pen Resort has one of the best locations and views. The rich surroundings of the nearby vegetation, along with the beautiful grotto just below the Cove Cottage.
Garden Rooms
Garden Rooms comprise the cozy Garden A and Garden B, the affordable Garden Cabin, and the large airy Garden Studio, which overlooks the blue Caribbean waters.
Laid back, nestled amidst the foliage, any of these 4 cottages are mere steps from the sea.
Coffee Rose
Coffee Rose 1, 2, and 3 come with king size beds. They are beautifully decorated with Jamaican art and one of a kind handicrafts, projecting the island’s own flair. Partial Caribbean sea view for Coffee Rose 1, and full greenery for Coffee Rose 2 & 3, make these rooms a popular choice.
Long House
The Long House at Tensing Pen Resort is the largest and most accommodating of our cottages. It has three bedrooms, two of which have king sized four poster beds.
Red Birch Cottages
Our 3 Red Birch cottages can be rented separately or together for families or friends. All the rooms open onto private verandas, which overlook lush tropical gardens and ocean views beyond.
Rock Cottage
Rock Cottage 1 and Rock Cottage 2 are beautiful secluded cottages, each set atop of the cliffs overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The Rock Cottage 1 and 2 offers a comfortable bamboo king bed, a lovely bathroom and a generous veranda with lounge chairs to enjoy the 180 degree view of Negril’s breathtaking sunsets.
Seagrape Rooms
Seagrape 1 and Seagrape 2 boast one of the most spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, each with a king size white-canopied bamboo bed. Seagrape 1 is located on the ground floor.
South House
With unparalleled views of the sea, South House comprises South House 1 on the first floor and South House 2 on the upper half. Each can be rented separately or together for families.
